HVAC Repair near Lockwood Ave. I was called to a restaurant where the kitchen staff had reported that the exhaust hood wasn't working. Upon inspection, I found that the fan motor had stopped working and needed to be replaced. I ordered a new motor and installed it as soon as it arrived. I also cleaned the exhaust hood and checked the ductwork to make sure there were no blockages. The kitchen staff was happy with my work and relieved that they could continue cooking without any issues.
