Additional examination of air handling equipment showed accessible internal components requiring maintenance attention, indicating potential for more comprehensive service than initially requested.
Responded to service call for furnace with insufficient airflow. Upon inspection of the utility room, found a Rinnai tankless water heater with exposed components and various plumbing connections, but the primary HVAC issue was not visible in documentation. Recommended comprehensive ductwork inspection to identify airflow restrictions.

Heat stopped working on a Sunday, late in the afternoon. My husband and I called at least 10 different places offering 24/7 service. Top line was the one who could get someone out that day and within an hour or two. Raul fixed the problem....loose wire. A couple days later, same thing happened. My husband convinced the tech to come out again in the evening. He spent a long time here at no additional charge. Determined it was probably the aqua state but got heat working temporarily. Raul came by next day to replace a blown fuse and said aquastat would eventually stop working. It did. We have a home warranty and were thrilled when they said we could use Top line and be reimbursed for the repair. So when it stopped working again about 5 days later, we were able to get a tech in that afternoon to make the repair.
He was prompt, polite, fixed our problem. Fantastic experience, would definitely use again.
