Summertime Annual A/C Maintenance near W Howard St. Maintenance was carried out for a residential customer. Examined the system for any indications of damage. Removed obstacles from the condensate drain and changed the air conditioning system's filters.
Customers system was not working and it was not up to date with the most efficient models available. We were able to provide an estimate and provide an installation for them. They now have heat and a new and efficient system.
Customer needed a service agreement for the systems on the property. We were able to work with the customer to find the services and agreement to best fit their needs and to keep their system running properly and efficiently.
