Responded to customer report of possible pressure valve leak on 2023-installed furnace. Upon inspection of the residential hydronic heating system, examined copper piping network, manifolds with PEX connections, and zone control valves. No active leaks were found in the plumbing assembly or pressure relief valve. System pressure tested and verified to be operating within normal parameters.

Performed requested routine maintenance on client's older furnace, including thorough cleaning of burners. Conducted comprehensive inspection using borescope camera to examine internal components and verify proper cleaning of combustion chamber and heat exchanger surfaces.

Responded to no heat complaint at rooftop unit. Performed diagnostic testing with multimeter on control board and electrical components. Identified faulty circuit board with visible corrosion at base of unit. Replaced control board, verified proper operation, and confirmed heat restoration.

Responded to service call for furnace failing to heat above 62 degrees. Diagnostic inspection revealed faulty limit switch preventing proper heating cycle completion. Replaced limit switch, cleaned flame sensor, and verified proper thermostat communication. System now operating correctly with heat output reaching desired temperature settings.

Performed initial assessment for customer's requested electrical upgrades. Inspected main circuit breaker panel and junction box with exposed wiring, noting aged components and disorganized wiring configuration. Documented existing electrical infrastructure with photos for comprehensive quote preparation.

Responded to service call regarding outdoor electrical fixtures. Upon arrival, inspected indoor parking garage and covered parking area, noting damaged ceiling with exposed insulation above a parked vehicle. Contacted customer (Mike) by phone for specific issues as he was not on-site.

Responded to no heat complaint. Diagnosed and replaced damaged thermocouple in gas valve assembly. System tested and verified proper operation after repair.

Conducted quarterly maintenance service and performed gas level testing using AEG handheld detector. Readings showed elevated CO2 concentrations of 1036 PPM and 1352 PPM, both exceeding the high threshold limit of 500 PPM. Documented findings with photographic evidence for service records.

Diagnosed and serviced malfunctioning humidifier system connected to customer's aging furnace unit. Inspected the TRIOM "MISTER MIST" control box and associated PVC drainage/supply lines for proper operation. Performed necessary adjustments to restore proper humidity control functionality.
