Amazing service!
We are happy that Marcus was able to come out and help. I hope you enjoy your new hot water tank!
Great response time, good options.
Markus and Drew were prompt, thorough, considerate and professional. They listened to our concerns and, along with a complete cleaning and check-up, we were educated as to the solution to our particular problem. The cost, including discounts was very reasonable.
Topline was able to handle a very narrow schedule request that I had . I only really had a two hour window all week and they were able to accommodate.
Thank you for the great service.
Nice people, terrible service and work.
Raul is great!
Great Service!
Very professional technician.
Heat stopped working on a Sunday, late in the afternoon. My husband and I called at least 10 different places offering 24/7 service. Top line was the one who could get someone out that day and within an hour or two. Raul fixed the problem....loose wire. A couple days later, same thing happened. My husband convinced the tech to come out again in the evening. He spent a long time here at no additional charge. Determined it was probably the aqua state but got heat working temporarily. Raul came by next day to replace a blown fuse and said aquastat would eventually stop working. It did. We have a home warranty and were thrilled when they said we could use Top line and be reimbursed for the repair. So when it stopped working again about 5 days later, we were able to get a tech in that afternoon to make the repair.
He was prompt, polite, fixed our problem. Fantastic experience, would definitely use again.
Raul was professional, knowledgablr AND he arrived early for the appointment. Refreshing.
Great.
